Welcome back to Travel Well Designed! If you’ve been following along, you know that my colleague Anne Taylor Hartzell of Hip Travel Mama and I have been hosting regular Twitter chats about travel and design. I hope you’ve participated in our lively chats and come away feeling inspired.
This month, our #TravelWellDesigned chat will focus on Los Cabos. As this gem of a destination rebuilds after the devastation of Hurricane Odile, we want to put a spotlight on it to help with their efforts. While many hotels, resorts and restaurants have reopened, many don’t have plans to reopen until later this month and some not until January 2015 or even later. As local communities come together to help with the rebuild, we aim to harness the global community to remind travelers how they can help and why to put Los Cabos on their travel calendars in the coming months. This is a destination that can really use everyone’s tourism dollars.
